Can you offer us a lot for our Silent Auction to help the East Anglian Charities we will be supplying in 2011.
Bids for the Lots in this Silent Auction can be placed at any time prior to the Stradsett Hall Garden Show or during the Show itself.
Prior to the Stradsett Hall Garden Show, please telephone TBA with your bid. You will be told the current highest bid and will be invited to beat it with your offer. We will need to record your details in order for us to contact you if you are the successful bidder.
Bids can also be placed at the Silent Auction Tent which will be open at the Gala Evening on Friday 3 July, and on both public days of the Stradsett Hall Garden Show - Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th July.
Bidding will close at 4pm on Sunday 5th July. The winner of each Lot will be the highest bidder at that time. Full Terms and Conditions of the Silent Auction.
The Rotary Club of Downham Market is organising the Silent Auction. Please bid generously as every penny of the proceeds of the Stradsett Hall Garden Show is for the nomitnated Charities. In the case of the Rotary Club of Downham Market the proceeds will be used to support local, national, and international charitable causes. All donations to Rotary are used in total—there are no administration charges. The 1.2 million Rotarians throughout the world give their time freely.
